REFUND POLICY

"Your money is yours, and you should get it as soon as you want," we believe at Hattrick11. We're collaborating with the best banking and payment gateway partners to get our users their money as soon as possible. To receive a refund from Hattrick11, you must meet the following requirements;

A transaction is final once it has been confirmed, and it cannot be cancelled. However, at its sole and absolute discretion, Hattrick11 may allow a Player to cancel a transaction and receive a refund:

  1. If the Player sends a written cancellation request to Hattrick11 from the registered email address; or
  2. If a payment is made for participation in the paid versions of the Contests, the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days before the start of the round for which the payment was made; otherwise, Hattrick11 will not be liable to refund any amount.

Hattrick11 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refund the Player the amount paid less applicable cancellation charges and taxes. At the time of the transaction, Players may also be required to accept certain additional terms and conditions, which will govern the transaction as well. If the additional terms and conditions contain any clause that conflicts with the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.

All the refunds are processed to the same mode / financial instruments through which the deposits were made.

In some cases, the internal review team may take upto 2 working days to process a Refund.

All cash will be subject to tax deduction ("TDS") in accordance with the Income Tax Act 1961. The winners will receive TDS certificates for such tax deductions. The Winners shall be responsible for paying any other applicable tax on the real money, including but not limited to income tax, gift tax, and so forth.

Hattrick11 has the right to change these Payment and Refund terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
